Two homes, one family, no management company
Maximilian has hosted guests in North Vancouver since 2016. Both homes are his, he answers every message himself, and he has kept Airbnb Superhost status for ten years and more than a hundred and twenty reviews.
How this started
The Edgemont Village guest house came first: a large three-bedroom suite on the lower level of the family home, with its own entrance, that Maximilian and his family opened to guests. Living upstairs meant every guest had someone nearby if they needed anything, and never anyone in their space. That is still how it works.
Villa Très Jolie followed, a waterfront house near Deep Cove with room for a whole extended family under one roof. It is the kind of house reunions and milestone birthdays get planned around.
