Privacy

This site collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what, and why.

What we collect

• Nothing, if you only browse. There are no accounts and no advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts and the maps are Google Maps embeds; those services see your IP address when the page loads, as any embedded content does.
• What you type into the contact form: your name, email, the home you are asking about, dates and your message. It is delivered to Maximilian by email so he can reply. It is not added to any list.
• Analytics, if enabled: page visits and which buttons are clicked, measured without cookies and without identifying you. Not currently in use.

What we do not do

• We never sell or share your details.
• We do not take bookings or payments on this site. Those happen on Airbnb, Vrbo or Houfy under their own privacy policies.
• The availability calendar shows only which dates are taken, never who took them.

Your choices

To have anything you sent through the contact form deleted, write to Maximilian and it will be removed.
