The guest house
A large, private three-bedroom suite on the lower level of a family home in Edgemont Village, with its own entrance and keypad lock. Maximilian and his family live upstairs, so there is always someone nearby if you need anything, and never anyone in your space.
Full kitchen, a dedicated workspace for anyone who has to log on, air conditioning for the summer, and a theatre room with a projector that doubles as the second bedroom. Free parking on the driveway, and pets are welcome.
It is about ten minutes' drive to Grouse Mountain and twelve to fifteen to downtown Vancouver. The community centre, with a pool and full facilities, is a five-minute walk.

This was a family vacation in Vancouver for about 10 days and we really enjoyed the house. It was very conveniently located for the things we wanted to do and close to amenities (coffee shops, bakery, grocery store, rec center). The house itself was very clean and really well stocked… The neighborhood felt very safe and picturesque - and a great local vibe.

Great house and great location especially if you looking to explore northern part of vancover and the Nature. Max was very nice host and attentive. We really appreciate this stay. This was one of the best places I've ever been in terms of cleanliness and facilities on Airbnb
We had a wonderful week-long stay at Max's place with our family, including our toddler. The space was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. The location was a real highlight. We loved having nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance… Grouse Mountain, Lynn Canyon, Stanley Park, and many other attractions were all easily accessible.
All 8 of us (4 adults & 4 children) had an enjoyable stay at Max’s place. It’s in a very nice neighbourhood with grocery shops and restaurants walkable from the property within 10 minutes. Two of the three bedrooms are very large and all the beds were very comfortable… In fact he was far quicker in solving our problem than any Hotel I’ve ever stayed at!

Edgemont Village is a walkable neighbourhood of cafés, bakeries and small shops run by local owners, at the foot of Grouse Mountain and a short drive from the Capilano Suspension Bridge.
