What this site is

An information site for two vacation rentals in North Vancouver, British Columbia, owned and hosted by Maximilian. It describes the homes, shows their availability, and links to where you can book.

Bookings

• Bookings, payments, cancellations, house rules and guest protections are governed by the platform you book through: Airbnb, Vrbo or Houfy. Their terms apply, not these.
• Nothing on this site is a confirmed reservation. A stay is confirmed only when the platform confirms it or Maximilian accepts a direct request.
• The availability calendar is refreshed every few hours from the platforms' own calendars and shows when it was last checked. It can lag; the platform calendar is authoritative.

Accuracy

Descriptions, photos, ratings and review counts are kept current in good faith and were last checked on the date at the top of this page. If something on a property page differs from the platform listing, the platform listing is what you are booking.

Content

Photos and text are the property of Vancouver Vacation Villas. Sharing a link to a page is welcome; copying the photos for another listing is not.
