The house
A luxury waterfront home near Deep Cove, with ocean and mountain views from all three levels. Heated hardwood floors throughout, a gourmet kitchen and a second working kitchen, a hot tub, BBQ area, tiki bar, fire pit, games room and guest bikes.
The top floor has four private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. The master has a king bed, a spa-inspired ensuite, a walk-in closet and a large balcony over the water. The main floor is a bright open-concept living space with big windows, a gas fireplace and the view. Downstairs is the entertainment level with ping pong, foosball and a game centre.
Guests have the run of almost the whole property: all main living areas, the bedrooms, the entertainment room, the backyard, hot tub, BBQ area, tiki bar, fire pit and the bikes. The driveway takes several vehicles.
Where everyone sleeps
The living room also has a couch and two air mattresses for overflow, which is how the house sleeps more than sixteen.

Where you'll be
Waterfront parks with beaches, trails and a boat launch are a short walk. Deep Cove village, its marina and kayak rentals, the Baden-Powell Trail and the Quarry Rock hike are a few minutes away, with cafés and small shops in the village. This house is amazing! The location is in beautiful North Vancouver with spectacular views and great parks and beaches near by. Lots of room for all guests, comfortable sleeping arrangements and great entertainment facilities. Max is super nice and responsive to all our inquiries.

Max’s listing was beautiful. The views were great and well maintained. There was lots of room that could fit an extended family of 15. Kids loved the place with so many games and there were two full kitchens. We were able to cook great meals for Christmas Eve. It was perfect home away from home.
The house is quite spacious and accommodated our family of 6 adults, a toddler and an infant without any of us feeling cramped. More rooms and beds than we needed… Lots of indoor entertainment to keep everyone engaged. Kitchen was well equipped with gadgets and dishes. The MBR is huge with nice views, and so is the main floor.
This house was very clean, organized and well maintained. Max was incredibly responsive, accommodating and helpful (Above and beyond helpful) Communication was smooth and easy from booking through check-out… Neighborhood was quiet yet close to waterfront and a lot of great parks. The view was supper amazing.
